Take a conscious part in your soul's evolution by joining one of these intimate gatherings. They are an opportunity to clear, balance and align body, mind and soul. 

Each session has a focused theme. They will begin with a meditation and some breathwork, then all guests will receive reiki and sound healing, both individually and as a whole. 

What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, or something to lay on, as well as a blanket and pillow, or anything that will make you comfortable. Water is also recommended!

October 18, 2023 - Spirit - Connecting and reconnecting with your divinity. Maximum guests - 4

November 8, 2023 - Breathe - A full body chakra cleanse to prepare you for the upcoming holiday season. Maximum guests: 4. - Three spots left!

All sessions are from 6 pm - 8 pm
