Cosmic Light with Lysa Fey 

Join Lysa for a cosmic experience! Immerse yourself in the sound of cosmic light with solfeggio frequency sound bowls, light language, and astrology. 

Each month will host an astrological theme, whether it be connected to the moon, a phase of the moon, or specific planetary aspects. The group will be led into the sound healing with breathwork, meditation and light language activations. 

Afterwards you will have the opportunity to do some reflection through journal prompts that will be provided. The group as a whole will also have the opportunity to reflect on the experience. 

If you have never experienced light language activation before, prepare yourself for a magical experience. Light language is our original language. In some cultures it is called love language. This language, combined with the power of the planets, invites you to open up more fully to your own authenticity, in a safe and loving space.

What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, or something to lay on, as well as a blanket and pillow, or anything that will make you comfortable. Water is also recommended!
