Soul Evolution with Lysa Fey and Carmen Kindrick 

Take a conscious part in your soul's evolution by joining one of these intimate gatherings. They are an opportunity to clear, balance and align body, mind and soul. 

Each session begins with a meditation and some breathwork, then all guests will receive reiki and sound healing, both individually and as a whole. We also gather together after the session and hold a salt bowl ceremony as well as oracle card readings.

What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, or something to lay on, as well as a blanket and pillow, or anything that will make you comfortable. Water is also recommended!

Cosmic Light Yoga

Join Lysa and Brittany Cleven for a cosmic experience! Immerse yourself in the sound of cosmic light with chakra and solfeggio frequency sound bowls, light language, astrology, and restorative yoga. 

What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, pillows/bolster, as well as a blanket. Wear comfortable clothing. Water is also recommended!
