Take a conscious part in your soul's evolution by joining one of these intimate gatherings. They are an opportunity to clear, balance and align body, mind and soul. 

Each session has a focused theme. They will begin with a meditation and some breathwork, then all guests will receive reiki and sound healing, both individually and as a whole. 

What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, or something to lay on, as well as a blanket and pillow, or anything that will make you comfortable. Water is also recommended!

July 26, 2023 - Heart - Opening ourselves up to the heart of summer and Leo season. Maximum guests: 4. - This date is full!

August 16, 2023 - Light - Expanding the light in and around us. Maximum guests: 4. - There are three spots left!

September 20, 2023 - Ground - Reconnecting to earth as we lean into the beginning of Fall. Maximum guests: 4

November 8, 2023 - Breathe - A full body chakra cleanse to prepare you for the upcoming holiday season. Maximum guests: 6.

All classes are from 6 pm - 8 pm
