 I have been going to Lysa since she first started doing her energy work a number of years ago. I didn't know what to expect on my first visit, but went in with an open mind. I suffer from stress, depression and anxiety and when she told me she thought she could help, I jumped at the idea. I was willing to try anything! Lysa made me feel incredibly comfortable and answered all my questions before the beginning of our session. She explained to me how she worked and what she would be doing. She also reassured me to let her know if anything made me feel uncomfortable. It was amazing! I felt so relaxed and so content. I also enjoyed sitting with Lysa afterwards and sharing my experience with her. I have now gone many times since my first visit and my sessions with her have helped me greatly in dealing with my stress, depression and anxiety.  Lysa and I met while working at the same state agency together and we soon became friends. Shortly after becoming friends with her, I learned she had recently become a reiki master. I had no idea what that meant but I was intrigued so I had to try it out. I've now been doing reiki since she became a reiki master in 2010 and I swear by it. To this day, it's hard for me to put into words what it is but I 100% believe in it and I know that it's helped me. Lysa has a beautiful gift and has helped me tremendously over the years. I've been through several hardships that have left me feeling completely broken and hopeless but somehow reiki helps. I've had several sessions and they've all been different; I've hysterically laughed, I've uncontrollably cried, I've fallen asleep, ect. But after each visit, I somehow feel better. Lysa has helped me see the issues that I've dealt with in life by not only helping to reallign all of my chakras but also by simply just talking with me, allowing me to openly express myself in a way that I'm not able to do with just anybody. She has given me assignments to do on my own to help with my healing process and she helps me to understand why I'm dealing with certain things and what I can do to change those things. My daughter who is now 16 has also had a couple sessions over the years and she loves it! She actually gets mad at me when I schedule myself a session and I don't schedule one for her too! Reiki is amazing and Lysa is amazing! I honestly love this woman and I am so thankful and blessed to know her. Reiki is a must try, for sure, you will love it!"

 When I was first referred to Lysa I had never heard of Reiki or energy work. After researching it I was pretty skeptical but was willing to give it a shot. Lysa was so professional and caring. She made me feel comfortable right away. I was open minded to the process but had no idea what to expect or what would come of my work with her. One session early on in our relationship had a huge impact on my life. After I left my session that day and I just knew I needed to quit my job! I sent a text to Lysa shortly after to let her know I had given my notice. (I think she was a little freaked out because we had not discussed this during my session! ) Of course, I had never done anything like that before. I am the type of person who likes to have a plan! But I felt at peace with the decision and knew it was exactly what I needed to do in order for me to move forward.  Lysa is one of the better healers I have experienced! This was one of the best crystal experiences I have had and I have always been a bit skeptical about crystal work.  "About a year ago, Lysa was referred to me. She has been such a huge blessing in my life. It’s so important to keep our energy balanced...to keep centered if you will. And Lysa has healing energy she blesses her clients with. Example: I had an implant done. Dentist said it didn’t take. After my visit with Lysa, I returned to the dentist 9 days later, and he took another X-ray. He was surprised. The bone started growing around the implant that quickly.  Matt and I got to experience or first couples Reiki session with Lysa. It was so amazing! I don't think either of us felt like we "needed" it but my goodness the universe put us there for a reason! Lysa worked on each of our energy bodies individually then as a couple. We could feel a strong energetic connection during the session. It was cool because we got all the benefits of an individual Reiki session: reduced pain, mental clarity, balanced mood and increased energy.
